Big data buzzword is hearing all around. As the volume of data is increasing day by day, it is needed to be protected and reuse these data in a specific manner. Electronic health records are also available in a huge amount. So, it is tried to develop cloud storage system for HIV Data which is highly sensitive and needs to be secured for well being of humans. This is achieved by different cloud platforms which makes it hybrid system. Hence the huge data of HIV is protected in a safe environment and will be used by doctors in a glance when needed. It is also used by scientists for their scientific studies.   Machine learning techniques are required for HIV data analysis in cloud environment.
