The physiological changes during pregnancy, effect on metabolism carbohydrate which cause a diabetogenic. This condition is known as gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Therefore, GDM treatment needs to be done with non pharmacology and pharmacology approach to prevent the occurrence of  DM type 2 in the long term. The objective of this abstract was to describe the using of oral antidiabetics used to gestational diabetes mellitus at Puskesmas Region of Center Pontianak. This abstract use observational method with cross sectional approach which descriptive design. The data collection is done from medical record of gestasional diabetes mellitus outpatient at Puskesmas Region of Center Pontianak on the period January 2016 - September 2017. The sample used in this research is fulfilled the inclusion criteria of 32 patients. The results show of dominant drugs for pregnancy is metformin (78.13%) which is biguanide group and the rest used glyburide (21,88%) which is sulfonylurea group. The conclusion of this abstract was the biguanide many used to treatment GDM for pregnancy the second trimester and third trimester.
