Abstract

We are a complete stranger to ourselves. And we do everything to escape from ourselves. Knowing ourselves is the basis of everything we do. Everything we do in life is the basis of our decision-making, where we make decisions based on what we feel. This is where the problem arises since most people do not know how to distinguish their own feelings from the feelings of others in them. Moreover, many people have several feelings that they do not know how to differentiate, thus ending up not knowing which feeling is real. Only a few know exactly what they feel, what they want, who they are. It all stems from knowing yourself. If we know ourselves well and know what we want to do, we will also know what kind of a partner we want next to us, what kind of people we want to socialize with... At first glance, life becomes simpler. But in fact, it means that we have found the inner peace we all longed for. It is difficult to fix yourself, therefore, it is recommended that we have someone to show us the mirror from time to time or guide us through the process. In doing so, we must be careful not to become dependent on that person, but rather treat them as temporary support. The basic foundation is one's own desire for change. If we pay attention to external signs and know how to interpret them, they can be an excellent guide to that change. They help us shape ourselves and make progress, so we should never understand them as a personal attack or something negative, because such resistance could cost us several years of life. In this abstract, we will show you some psychological exercises, how you can overcome stress yourself.
