Abstract

Data mining is an analytic Process designed to explore data in search of consistent pattern and systematic relationship between variables and then to validate the findings by applying the detected pattern to new subsets of data which consists of initial exploration then model building and its application of the model to new data to generate predictions. As we are aware that carcinoma is a cascade of mutations that confer on a single cell line .oncogenes are a set of genes that makes a cell line cancerous. The version of genes which normally functions and which remain unchanged are determined as Proto oncogenes. The basic research Provides clues about Ski Protein, which is important cancer Protein which is known to trigger tumour growth. The data mining of this protein sheds light on the Process that may provide ways to design new anticancer drugs. In this research study collection of data on Ski Protein from the web and standard textbooks; applying Basic local alignment search tool algorithm and CLUSTAL W to search for similar and homologous sequences of Ski human Protein with all organisms and organizing the data into one location to be viewed through HTML. The results shows the alignment pattern of ski protein and further. The Phylogeny for the nucleotide sequences was analyzed which will be discussed in this paper elaborately.
