In recent years, cooperation between countries to sustain territorial unity to develop border areas has become a vital issue. In this regard, different methods for spatial planning were approved and implemented to develop border cooperation and under the heading of border cooperation program in different countries, one of which aims to establish a link and sustainability of unity in different fields. It is economic, social and cultural. To achieve this goal, there are stimuli that affects the sustainability of unity in the border areas. In this study, using the Border Cooperation Development Program, the factors and stimuli of the sustainability of unity in the border regions between Iran and Afghanistan and Pakistan were discussed. The purpose of the purpose is the purpose of the purpose, and the method of doing it (qualitative and quantitatively). The statistical population includes various experts in the fields of political science, geography, economics, sociology and law enforcement experts. 70 experts were selected using targeted sampling. Descriptive tests and binary logistics regression model (LM-Newton-Marcard-Rafson) were used to analyze the data. The results showed that among the five economic, social, cultural, religious, institutional- structural and political security factors, the three factors, economic, political-security and cultural-religious factors had the most impact on the sustainability of the border regions between Iran and Afghanistan and Pakistan. The results of this study can be used to develop cooperation between border areas and sustainability of cohesion in different border areas.
