Esophageal cancer is a male-dominant aggressive malignancy and a leading cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Esophageal cancer is a predominantly terminal disease, with average five-year survival rates varying from 15% to 20%. As 80 per cent of oesophagal cancers arise in developed nations, where squamous cell cancer is more prevalent, oesophagal squamous cell cancer (E.S.C.C.) remains the most common histological subtype. This is a single case study of a 70-year-old man with squamous cell Carcinoma who suffered from complaints such as difficulty in swallowing, unable to burp, nausea all day & sometimes difficulty in swallowing water for two months. This case was successfully managed with Panchagavya Chikitsa, which includes internal administration of Panchagavya Ghrita, Gomutra Arka, Kwath of Amla-Yashtimadhu-Shatpushpa: Haritaki Churna, Haridra Ghanvati & Vibhitaki Avaleha. Simultaneously, Nasya and Nabhipurana with Panchagavya Ghrita and Matra Vasti with Tila Taila and Panchagavya Ghrita were also administered to him for the last six months. Significant changes were observed in the chief symptoms of the patient, and associated complaints were also resolved entirely. These encouraging results were obtained in this case, which may be due to both local & systemic effects of the drugs above & procedures due to their Rasayan, Balya (restoring power), Jeevaniya (improving vitality) effects that inhibit the growth of cancerous cells, nourishes all Dhatus properly and restores the essential hemostatic balance as a result of their antioxidant property. These Panchagavya formulations offer promising results without causing undue effects in a geriatric patient's current case of a squamous cell Carcinoma of the oesophagus. It shows that the efficacy of internal administration of Panchagavya Ghrita, Panchatikta Ghrita, Gomutra Arka, Kwath of Amla-Yashtimadhu-Sopha,& Haritaki Churna, Haridra Ghanvati, Vibhitaki Avaleha, Nasya & Nabhipuran with Panchagavya Ghrita, Basti with Tila Taila and Panchagavya Ghrita to improve the quality of the such patient.
