Discipline is a benchmark to determine whether a manager's role can be carried out correctly. This study aims to analyze the influence of environment and personality on the level of discipline of nurses in community health center. A conducive work environment and a cheerful nurse personality are key factors that can affect compliance with rules and procedures in carrying out health duties at the community health center. The research method used is a quantitative approach using questionnaires as data collection instruments. The respondents in this study were nurses who worked at the community health center. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques and regression to identify relationships between environmental, personality, and discipline level variables. Research findings show that a clean, orderly, and adequate work environment can positively impact nurse discipline. In addition, nurses with personalities of integrity, high commitment to the profession, and good stress management abilities tend to have higher levels of discipline. These findings provide further understanding of the factors that community health center management can pay attention to improve nurse discipline and, in turn, improve the quality of health services at the community health center level.
