This work deepens in the on going results of Project Cultrural+ (ref. 2019-1-ES01-KA204-065372), an Erasmus+ Strategic Partnership in the Adult Education Key Actions. Cordinated by University of Extremadura, it aims to analize good practices cases in rural areas suffering aging and depopulation and facing demographic gaps on cultural dinamization and rural development. The Project involve countries and regions where fieldwork is conducted and case studies researched. These regions are Tràs-os-montes in Portugal, Extremadura in Spain, Massif Central in France, Latina in Italy and Trikala in Greece, all them characterised by their demographic fragility. How to measure and map this fragility (or otherwise, stability) is a Cultrural+ key research question . Indicators accuracy for this objective are discussed in this work. Cultrural+ research team foceses specially in cases where cutural heritage is a relevant resource and asset to impact on an area (a village, a region, one or several countries). Designing the criteria to evaluate a case study, the research reflects on how impact and development can be measured and awarded. Resilience and governance are keywords in these processes. Thus, this work presents cases that involve several stakeholders as cultural routes or learning territories, heritage interventions, artistic microresidencies, social archaeology, etc.). Methodology is driven by ethnographical research (fieldwork, in-depth interviews). Resilience is assured by strategies of self-sufficiency, diversification, complementarity or integration.
