Information systems are widely used to support the learning and operational processes in each university. The information system functions as a data and information processing mechanism used in the Institution of Higher Learning in regulating and managing learning activities according to their scope. A well managed information system will provide tangible benefits to an organization, such as reducing costs, labour efficiency, and increasing productivity. In addition, information systems can support the achievement of organizational strategies, so that organizations can be more competitive in business competition. Information systems are used to support the needs of stakeholders, institutions, students, staff, lecturers and management in running a business. PGRI Banten Polytechnic uses the information system in the Institution of Higher Learning as one of the supporting services and facilities for employees and lecturers in its environment. Currently, there is no benchmark for the success of implementing information systems to evaluate the organization’s influence on information systems whether it is appropriate to the organization’s needs. In this research, the analysis stage uses SEM-PLS. Because it can work efficiently with a small sample size and complex model, the assumption of SEM-PLS data distribution is relatively loose. The results of organizational research studies have a significant effect on the success of the adoption of information systems. This research provides important implications regarding the influence of the organization objectively both from employees and lecturers to be directly involved in actual interactions with the information system in the Institution of Higher Learning which has been implemented at the PGRI Banten Polytechnic Indonesia.
