Issue of Invitation Letter 

The Oral/Poster participant can request for the Invitation Letter after the acceptance of their abstract. They may also request for the addition for particular details, if required by the funding organization. If the corresponding author registers for the conference, the Co-authors are not considered for the Invitation Letter. 

The Co-Authors are requested to complete the registration process as a conference delegate (if not presenting any talk/poster) and then request for the Invitation Letter. For delegate participation, Invitation Letter is considered after the registration payment. 

Check In at the conference

All the participants will be provided with the payment receipt after the registration. They are requested to please carry a copy of it for the check in at the conference hall. The Conference Kit and ID card will be provided at the conference reception desk only. 

Issue of Certificate

  • The Oral participants will receive the certificates immediately after the talk is over
  • The Poster participants will receive the certificate after the judgment of best poster is completed.
  • The delegates will be given the certificate at the end of the conference in the award ceremony

*For the Oral/Poster presenters there is no separate certificate for participation
*Each individual is eligible to submit 2 abstracts for 2 Oral/Poster or 1 Oral 1 Poster presentation

Location

JR SHINJUKU STATION（South Gate）

South Gate | 3min walk. Please exit South Exit and take right. Keep walking until you find the first intersection(Nishi Shinjuku Itchome),and turn left here. Walk on straight, pass McDonald’s and keep on walking for about 50m. Finally you will see our hotel on the right side.

JR SHINJUKU STATION（Koshu-kaido Gate）

Koshu-kaido Gate | 3min walk. Please take left at the exit. Walk under the pedestrian bridge and keep straight on. Turn left at the first intersection, pass McDonald’s, and keep on walking for about 50m. Finally you will see our hotel on the right side of the street.

JR SHINJUKU STATION（New South Gate）

New South Gate | 4min walk. From the ticket gate, please go to the right. Keep walking until you come outside, where you will find Southern Terrace. Please take left, pass Starbucks café, and when you come to the Crispy cream doughnut, please see right hand side, and go down the stairs you see in this direction. After going down the first stairs, take the second stairs at the right corner on the staircase landing, and go down to the bottom. You will find our hotel across the street.

JR SHINJUKU STATION（Southeast Gate）

Southeast Gate | 4min walk. After going out of the exit, please walk to the right (Please do not go down the stairs in front of the exit.) You will come across to the Koushu Kaido street with a view of Takashimaya department store in front of you. Facing Takashimaya, please go to the right. Keep on walking, and turn left at the 2nd traffic light (Nishi Shinjuku Itchome intersection).Go straight, and pass McDonald’s and if you walk on, you will find our hotel on the right side.

TOEI OEDO LINE SHIJUKU STATION

A1 Exit | 1min walk. After going out of the exit, our hotel is just on the right.

TOEI OEDO LINE SHIJUKU STATION

A4 Exit | 3min walk. After going out of the exit, please take right. Having walked for about 10m, you will come to an intersection (Nishi Shinjuku Itchome). Turn right at this intersection, pass McDonald’s and you will find our hotel on the right side.

KEIO LINE SHINJUKU STATION

Lumine Exit | 3min walk. Take left after going out of the exit, and soon you will see Nishi Shinjuku Itchome intersection. Please go round the corner of Yoshinoya to the left. After walking for about 50m, you will find our hotel on the right

LIMOUSINE BUS

Guests of Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku have easy access to Shinjuku station, which is quick three minute walk from the hotel. International travelers can easily arrive at one of two Tokyo airports near Hotel Sunroute Plaza Shinjuku, the Narita International Airport and the Tokyo International Airport (Haneda) , via shuttle bus services.
