Issue of Invitation Letter 

The Oral/Poster participant can request for the Invitation Letter after the acceptance of their abstract. They may also request for the addition for particular details, if required by the funding organization. If the corresponding author registers for the conference, the Co-authors are not considered for the Invitation Letter. 

The Co-Authors are requested to complete the registration process as a conference delegate (if not presenting any talk/poster) and then request for the Invitation Letter. For delegate participation, Invitation Letter is considered after the registration payment. 

Check In at the conference

All the participants will be provided with the payment receipt after the registration. They are requested to please carry a copy of it for the check in at the conference hall. The Conference Kit and ID card will be provided at the conference reception desk only. 

Issue of Certificate

• The Oral participants will receive the certificates immediately after the talk is over
• The Poster participants will receive the certificate after the judgment of best poster is completed.
• The delegates will be given the certificate at the end of the conference in the award ceremony

*For the Oral/Poster presenters there is no separate certificate for participation
*Each individual is eligible to submit 2 abstracts for 2 Oral/Poster or 1 Oral 1 Poster presentation
