34th World Summit on Immunology, Microbiology & Infectious Diseases

SciTech Immuno-Microbiology conferences 2023, and Infectious Diseases Conferences 2023 is an annual event scheduled during May 15-16, 2023 at Palms Hotel, Mauritius, hosting researchers, scientists, students, workshop & symposium organizers, industrialists, companies, exhibitors, sponsors, media partners, oral  & poster presenters from all over the world. It is an International Platform to promote ideas and exchange knowledge on various topics in the field of Microbiology, Immunology, Infections, Vaccines, AIDS, Zika, Ebola, and COVID-19.

Immunology is a field of biology that deals with the structure and function of the immune system. In healthy people, the immune system helps the body to fight infections by  rejecting foreign viruses and bacteria. When the immune system is defective, it can no longer protect or even attack the body. The immune system is divided into three types: innate immunity, adaptive immunity, and passive immunity. Immune disorders include allergies, hypersensitivity, immunodeficiency, transplant rejection, and autoimmune disorders.

Microbiology is the study of invisible bacteria, viruses, and other microbes. Microorganisms affect animals, environment, food supplies, and even public health. Bacteriology, phycology, mycology, protozoa, virology, parasitology, and nematodes are the branches of microbiology. Microbiology covers vast range of topics like Environmental Microbiology, Genetic Engineering in Microbiology, Industrial Microbiology, Medical Microbiology, Microbial Biotechnology, Microbial Enzymes, Molecular Microbiology, Agriculture Microbiology, Veterinary microbiology, Food microbiology, Pharmaceutical Microbiology, Antimicrobial agents and resistance.

Infectious diseases are diseases caused by organisms such as bacteria, viruses, fungi, and parasites. Many organisms live in and on our bodies. They are usually harmless or useful. However, under certain conditions, some organisms can cause illness. Some infections can be transmitted from person to person. Some are transmitted from insects and other animals. It can then catch others by consuming contaminated food and water and by being exposed to living organisms in the environment. Symptoms of the infectious diseases are fever, diarrhea, fatigue and muscle aches. Infectious diseases can be prevented by vaccination, proper hygiene protection, and medicines.
