Hanan El-Sharkawy Ali Ahmed is a professor in the Surfactant Laboratory, Petrochemicals Department, Egyptian Petroleum Research Institute (EPRI). She earned her M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry in 1999 and her Ph.D. in Organic Chemistry in 2003, both from the College of Women, Ain Shams University, Cairo, Egypt. Her experience includes working as an instructor in the field of instrumental analysis, surfactants, petrochemicals and advanced organic chemistry; bioremediation and wastewater; bioremediation and crude oil; microorganisms and environmental effects; metal complexes, antimicrobial activity and anti-tumors; chemical reactions and synthesis (PTC/OH); surfactants and surface tension measurements; and instrumental analysis with UV &IR.
Dr. Rupesh K. Gautam is currently working as Associate Professor, Department of Pharmacology, MM School of Pharmacy, MM University, Sadopur-Ambala. He did his Ph.D. from Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, JNU, Jodhpur, India, M. Pharm in Pharmacology from Rajasthan University of Health Science, Jaipur and B. Pharm from Rajiv Gandhi Proudyogiki Vishvidyalaya, Bhopal. He is having 10 years of teaching and research experience. Twenty six research and review articles are in his credit in various journal of repute. He has also published a book. He has supervised twenty one M. Pharm scholars and is co-supervising one Ph. D scholar. He has attended and organized several International and National seminar, conferences and workshops as team member and organizing secretary.

Bing-Huei Chen, male, food scientist, received his Ph.D. degree in Food Science & Technology, Texas A & M University, USA in 1988. His postgraduate career includes working at Fu Jen University, Taipei, Taiwan as Associate Professor from 1988–1994, Professor from 1994–2000, Distinguished Chair Professor from 2004–present, Chair of Department of Nutrition and Food Science from 1994-2000, Director of Graduate Institute of Medicine from 2006–2009, and Dean of College of Human Ecology from 2012–2015. He specializes in Lipid Chemistry, Pigment Chemistry, Instrumental Analysis, Food Toxicology, Functional Food Development and Biological Activity Determination as well as Nanotechnology. Until now he has published 184 research articles in internationally renowned journals and authored 11 book chapters in edited books published by International Publishers. He has received numerous awards including the prestigious outstanding research award by Ministry of Science and Technology, Taiwan. He was honored with Distinguished Professor by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, China in 2015. Most importantly, Prof. Chen has developed a nano-product “Lycopene Chylomicron”, which has completed a phase III clinical trial in both Taiwan and USA in 2017 and demonstrated to be effective in the treatment of patients with prostatauxe syndrome. He also serves as Editor-in-Chief of 2 journals “Recent Patents on Food, Nutrition and Agriculture” and “International Journal of Current Toxins Research” and Associate Editor of 2 journals “Journal of Food & Drug Analysis” and “Asian Science Bulletin”. In addition, he serves on the editorial board of 110 journals.
My area of research is insect- behavior, chemical ecology, insect-plant and tritrophic interactions, alternate methods of pest control, botanical pesticides their isolations, chemical characterizations and formulation preparations. My research also focuses on the synthesis of various noble metal nanoparticles (Ag, Au, Pd and Pt) by using plant materials and studying their impact on the plant, soil, microbs and pest insects, preparation of nano-formulations.

Mário F. S. Ferreira was born in Ovar, Portugal. He graduated in Physics from the University of Porto, Portugal, and he received the Ph.D. degree in Physics in 1992 and the Aggregation in Physics in 2006, both from the University of Aveiro, Portugal, where he is now a Professor at the Physics Department. Between 1990 and 1991 he was at the University of Essex, UK, performing experimental work on external cavity semiconductor lasers and nonlinear optical fiber amplifiers. His research interests have been concerned with the modeling and characterization of multi-section semiconductor lasers for coherent systems, quantum well lasers, optical fiber amplifiers and lasers, soliton propagation, nanophotonics, optical sensors, polarization and nonlinear effects in optical fibers. He is actually the leader of the Optics and Optoelectronics Group of the I3N – Institute of Nanostructures, Nanomodelling and Nanofabrication. He has written about 350 scientific journal and conference publications, and several books, namely: “Optics and Photonics” (Lidel, 2003, in Portuguese), “Topics of Mathematical Physics” (Editora Ciência Moderna, 2017, Brazil, in Portuguese), “Optical Fibers: Technology, Communications and recent Advances” (Ed., NOVA Science Publishers, 2016), and “Nonlinear Effects in Optical Fibers” (John Wiley & Sons, OSA, 2011).
He is a Senior Member of the Optical Society of America (OSA), SPIE - The International Society for Optical and Photonics, IEEE Photonics Society, and the Portuguese Physical Society. He has been a member of the “Membership & Education Services Council”, “Publications Council”, “Web Committee”, and “Special Publications Activities Committee” of OSA. He has been a member of the “Symposia Committee” and the “SPIE Awards Committee” of SPIE. He is a Travelling Lecturer of SPIE and OSA, having been invited to present lectures in many countries around the world. He has been the General Chair of the “Optical Sensors” Meeting, part of the annual “OSA Advanced Photonics Congress” since 2010. He served also in the technical committees of various international conferences and as a reviewer of several scientific journals in the area of optics and optoelectronics.

Dr. Uqbah Iqbal is a Socioeconomic Researcher at Research for Social Advancement. Winning Second Place in Malaysian Historical Essay Writing Competition 2013, he was the recipient of Research University Fellowship Scheme, Graduate on Time Award and Outstanding Student Award from Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities as well as the Youngest Ph.D. in History Holder and the only Malaysian achieved a Ph.D. in History in conjunction with the 43rd Convocation of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia. Dr. Pratima Parashar Pandey , Ph.D. is an academician and Scientist in the field of Materials Science and Nanotechnology since last twenty five years. M.A. Shah doctorate in Condensed Matter Physics from Jamia Millia Islamia (Central University), New Delhi and graduate from University of Kashmir, joined National Institute of Technology, Srinagar in September 1999 as an Assistant Professor.
Before departure to Middle East, he has established World Bank funded Sophisticated Instrumentation Centre under TEQIP programme. Before returning to home land, he has authored “Principles of Nanosciences and Nanotechnology”. He has also authored two books on the advanced state-of-the-art of Nanosciences with reputed international publishers.
He is actively engaged as reviewer and editor of many scientific journals. Shah is also honoured as a visiting scientist in many prestigious institutions and has worked with the eminent personalities of the world at various places, where he pioneered the fabrication of nanomaterials and received trainings for operation of sophisticated equipments. He has explored versatile technique “Safe way to Nanotechnology” for the synthesis of oxide nanomaterials, though still in progress and practice. Dr. shah is a member of many science academies and societies and his work has been cited by number of scientific reporters as well as scientific media.
