Professor Panagiota Florou-Paneri, veterinarian, nutritionist, graduated from the Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece. She has been visiting researcher in the Institut National Agronomique (INA), Paris, France. She was elected Professor of Nutrition at the Aristotle University in 2007 and Director of the Laboratory of Nutrition from 2004 until May 2019. In 2012-2015 she served as Head of the Department of Animal Production, member of National Organization for Medicines for the sector of feed additives (1996-2008), member of the Committee for the Organic Agriculture and Livestock of the Greek Ministry of Agriculture (2002-2004) and member of the National Academic Recognition Information Center (NARIC), Greece. She also served as evaluator in the National Foundation of Scholarships for Master and PhD studies in Greece and abroad (1996-2015), exam proposer and examiner in the National center of Students to Tranfer Registration from Foreign or Greek Universities (1997-2004). She is member of several Scientific Associations, member of editorial boards in several peer-reviewed journals, reviewer in several journals, and evaluator for several national and international projects. She is scientific responsible and member of research team in more than 20 funded research projects, participated in several national and international Conferences as invited speaker, member of Organizing and Scientific Committees or chair and has been elected member of Hellenic Veterinary Academy. Her research interests include the potential use of various agricultural by-products in animal feeding, the improvement of the nutritive value of feeds by incorporating various natural feed additives, such as probiotics, prebiotics, acidifiers, aromatic plants and/or their extracts, macro- and micro-algae. She is the co-author of 7 books, 4 book chapters, 110 refereed research articles and 130 conference papers. Her work has more than 2280 citations and an h index of 22.

Professor Dr. Iftekhar Ahmad currently the Head of Department of Food Engineering and Tea Technology, graduated in Plant science from University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh. He has completed his Doctor of Philosophy in plant biotechnology (Tomato) from his alma mater in 2003. Beside his own field, he has persuaded bachelor of Education degree on Education and Post Graduate Diploma Degree in Sericulture. He has been a Professional member of Bangladesh Botanical Society, Dhaka University, Bangladesh, Bangladesh Genetical Society, Rajshahi University, Bangladesh, Bangladesh Association of Plant Tissue Culture & Biotechnology, Dhaka University, Bangladesh and NITUB, Dhaka University, Bangladesh. In a career expanding about three decades Dr. Iftekhar has been a kin researcher and remain as enthusiastic as before. He has been involved with over 20 research project throughout his career. He has attended over 31 conferences, workshops, symposium and courses in home and abroad. With over 44 paper published paper under his name he remained defiant as before. In an Industrious career of two decades he has joined as Research Officer (Breeding & Biotechnology Division) & Head of the Research Center in Regional Sericulture Research Center, Chandraghona, Rangamati Hill District under the administrative control of Bangladesh Sericulture Research & Training Institute, Rajshahi, Bangladesh. In his career of being an educationist he has started as a lecturer of botany in Utter Banga Teachers Training College, Kazla, Rajshahi. He has also been a lecturer in M.H.M. School & College, Doha, Qatar. Finally, he has joined at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology in the department of Food Engineering and Tea Technology in the year of 2004. He has also been associated with the Department of Genetics in Shahjalal University and remain head of the department from 2006 to 2007. He took some professional training on food & Tea in different countries like China, India, Malaysia.  His research interests include multifarious fields including Food Microbiology, Product development of food, Post-harvest Technology of Agricultural Product, Plant Tissue Culture, Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering of Food and Tea, Food Biotechnology etc.

Dr. John Osuku Opio, a practitioner and a researcher, a Ph.D holder in Medicinal Chemistry from University of Paris XI (France) and a postgraduate diploma in Integrative Medicine from University of Buckingham (United Kingdom), with a reputable Scientific, Cultural and Linguistic background across the globe and has widely participated in academic, publication and professional functions and roles at different levels in different countries. Dr. John Osuku Opio has overwhelming concerns and in-depth interest in health and wellness of human population and other species, an advocate for integration in all aspects of life where Science can meet Nature to strike a balance of equilibrium in order to deliver sustainability. Shafique is a researcher working in the Spatial analysis unit in Teagasc, Food Research Centre, Ireland. Dr Matin has more than 11 years of experience in research field with a PHD degree from IIT Kharagpur, India. Shafique’s research interests span Remote sensing based ecological analysis and agriculture. This includes various aspects of earth observation like forest ecology, inclusive biodiversity studies, and ocean colour analysis in GIS platform Shafique’s research interests span Geoinformatics based ecological analysis. Dr Matin has published more than 25 research articles in reputed journals and 4 book chapters.

Mohd Hudzari bin Haji Razali was born on 07rd February 1974 in Muar, a small village in North of Johor, boundary neighbour with Jasin, Melaka Malaysia. He did his elementary education in his village school. He passed his secondary school certificate from High School Muar, Johor, Malaysia. He started his university education at the Universiti Pertanian Malaysia, Serdang, and Selangor, Malaysia, where he obtained a Diploma of Agriculture Engineering in 1996. He obtained his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering in 1999 and Master of Science degree on Agriculture Automation and Robotic from Universiti Putra Malaysia at the same University on program of structure A (research basis) in 2003. He worked as an Assistant Researcher for the national research grant during 2003 till present under his supervisor; Professor Wan Ishak Wan Ismail. In 2005, he was awarded a partial scholarship from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia when appointed as a Graduate Research Assistant to pursue Ph.D program at Institute of Advanced Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia and received Ph.D on Smart Technology and Robotic Engineering in October 2010. Previously worked as an Associate Professor in Department of Agriculture Science and Biotechnology, Universiti Sultan Zainal Abidin (UniSZA); and currently worked as at same gred of Associate Professor in UiTM; the position as academician took up on 6 February 2011, a day to his 37th anniversary. Mohd Hudzari also hold other posts, including Research Assistant at Faculty of Engineering, Universiti Putra Malaysia (1999 -2000), then offered as an Automation Engineer at private sector in STMicroelectronic Sdn Bhd, 84000, Muar, Johor, Malaysia (2000-2002), Program Manager and Graduate Research Assistant, Institute of Advanced Technology, Universiti Putra Malaysia, Serdang, Selangor, Malaysia (2003-2010). He is registered graduate engineer, Board of Engineer (BEM) Malaysia (2011-now) and also currently appointed as Deputy Dean (Student Affairs and Alumni) at same faculty from 1 September 2015.

Prof. Mohammed Kuddus has completed his PhD in Enzyme Biotechnology from SHUATS, Allahabad, India. At present, he is working as a Professor and Chairman of Biochemistry Department at University of Hail, Saudi Arabia. Prof. Kuddus’s main research area includes enzyme and microbial biotechnology. He has published more than 55 research articles in reputed international journals along with 4 books and 15 book chapters; and presented more than 35 abstracts in national/international conference/symposia. He has been serving as an Editorial Board Member and Reviewer of various international reputed journals; and worked as organizing committee member for 7 international conferences/symposia. Dr. Cheepsattayakorn  graduated  Doctor  of  Medicine  from  Chiang  Mai  Medical  School, Chiang  Mai  University, Chiang  Mai, Thailand  in  1986.  He  then  further  had  trained  in  Internal  Medicine,   Pulmonology, and  Radiology  at  Chiang  Mai  University  Medical School.  He  has  been  certified  numerous  Fellowships  from  the  Royal  Colleges  of  Physicians  of  Edinburgh, London  and  Thailand, Royal  College  of  Physicians  and  Surgeons  of  Glasgow, American  College  of  Physicians, and  American  College  of  Chest  Physicians.  Presently, he  serves  both  Editor  and  Editorial  Board  Member  and  also  referee  of  several  international  journals.  He  has  very  high  experience  in  the  fields  of  Pulmonary  Diseases  and  Tuberculosis  including  Infectious  Diseases  and  Immunology.  He  has  numerous  scientific  publications, more  than  150  publications  both  in  national  and  international  journals  and  books. Dr. Rajeev R Shah is a competent and experienced  medical  microbiologist and  hold his Master Degree in Medical Microbiology from SSG Hospital and Vadodara Medical College, Maharaja Sayajirao  University, Vadodara, Gujarat, India. Whereas He had been awarded his PhD degree from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University, Surat, Gujarat, India. His whole unrevised PhD thesis had been uploaded  by Shodganga, a  well known search engine on website. He had worked in many medical colleges all over India at various  higher positions like Principal of paramedical Courses, officiating dean for counseling in medical super specialties courses seats and many times undergraduate seats in MP,  head of department, professor, associate professor  etc. He had been nominated as a member of editorial board in eleven international journals. He has also worked as Post-Doctoral fellow in the department of CBME, IIT Ropar and currently, he is working as CSIR-NPDF at CSIR- CSIO lab at Chandigarh. After his schooling from Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jakhu Hills, SHIMLA, he graduated in Bachelor of Engineering and Technology (ECE) from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. He received his Master’s degree from Punjabi University, Patiala. He has also attained a Master’s degree in Business Management (MBA) from IGNOU, Delhi. His doctoral research focuses on devising a novel and innovative, market oriented mechanisms for medical image fusion. Dr. Seema Habib Isa has completed her Ph.D. at the age of 33 years from the Swami Ramanand Teerth Marathwada University, Nanded, Maharashtra, India. Awarded with Honorary Degree of Doctor of Science for outstanding Scientific Contribution in Chemisty by International Agency for standards and Ratings. Awarded the Prestigious Adarsh Saraswati Rashtriya Puraskar by Global Management Council of Glacier Journal Research Foundation, Ahmadabad, Gujarat. She is a Fellow of the International Association of the Science Impact (F.I.A.S.I), published more than 47 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an Editorial Board Member of the National Journals and International Journals. Her area of research interest is Organic Synthesis and its applications to Inorganic Synthesis.

Dr. Asma Ansari is currently serving as an Assiatant Professor at The Karachi Institute of Biotechnology and Genetic Engineering (KIBGE), University of Karachi, Karachi, Pakistan and have twelve years of hands on experience in wet lab. She has received degree of Ph.D. from same institute in the field of Biotechnology.  She awarded Erassmus Mundus postdoctoral fellowship in 2015 from University of Zagreb, Croatia. Dr. Ansari not only involved in teaching but also engaged in goal oriented research in the field of microbiology, biochemistry, biotechnology and recently in bionanotechnology. In addition, the grant of Rs. 4.5 million have been awarded to Dr. Ansari as Principal Investigator for research project under the National Research Programme for Universities (NRPU) by Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan.
