Madhukar Shinde 18 years journey in women's health care services has been truly rewarding. After graduating MBBS in 1997, he took up his specialisation MD in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and passed in 2002 with gold medal. After working in Harvard University, Boston till 2009 he took up Europe as his next destination in growing his skills in Ireland. CORK University was a wonderful and fruitful experience. 2013 he left Europe, just to explore the other side of world women's health care system in Africa till 2017, Botswana made my skills more strong. Presently into academics and teaching in reputed DY Patil University, Pune. Harvard, known for its innovative research , taught me the power to treat millions in one go , Europe made me a safe Doctor, Africa was eye opener towards exploring women's health care in Endemic areas. And the journey in women's health care continues unconditionally.
Dr. Lobna Khamis Mohamed Ibrahim is an Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Nursing – Tanta University, Egypt. She was previously worked as Vice Dean of Students’ Affairs in the College of Applied Medical Sciences– University of Hafr Al-Batin (UHB), Saudi Arabia until 2019/2020. She has more than twenty years of experience in the academic field of nursing. Her primary area of expertise is nursing administration and education. She has been published many types of research including; personal preference and perceived barriers toward disclosure and report of incident errors, nurses' experiences toward perception of medication administration errors, role strain of undergraduate male nurse students, first-career and second-career nurses’ experiences of stress, presenteeism and burn-out during the transition to practice, and experiences of Saudi female students towards the phenomena of bullying behaviors.
