He has more than 25 years of Research and Teaching experience. He obtained his Masters, M. Phil. and Doctorate degree from Mangalore University and published more than 80 research papers in National and International reputed research journals. He participated in more than 60 National and International Conferences/seminars as speaker/resource person and presented papers. He is serving as Editorial Board member of 5 International Journals and Reviewer for more than 20 International Journals. He Worked in Indo-Norwegian Environmental program project, IPGRI, Malaysia project, KIOCL project and NPC Kaiga projects on biodiversity conservation and ex situ conservation.
His research interest includes Plant Biotechnology, Immunomodulatory studies, Biodiversity Conservation, Herbal Pharmacology and Microbial interactions.

He has completed his graduation from Rostov Medical University and PhD from National Cancer Research Centre (Sankt-Petersburg, SU) and postdoctoral studies at Advanced Medical Training University (Sankt-Petersburg). He become one of the founders of Palliative Care Service & was awarded honorary diploma for contribution to palliative care development (2019). In 1993-5 – Member of Scientific-Guidance Council at Russian Ministry of Health; since 1995 – Member of “Palliative Care in Cancer” Expert Council at this Ministry. Since 1999 – Member of Multinational Association of Supportive Care in Cancer (MASCC), his activity has been repeatedly awarded MASCC prizes. He has published 3 monographs on cancer care, course of lectures “Supportive Care in Cancer”, more than 20 papers in reputed journals. Also he is an author of essay anthology "Silver Age". 

Dr. Irina Vlasova-St. Louis

Dr. Irina Vlasova-St. Louis is an Assistant Professor at the Department of Medicine, University of Minnesota, USA. She has established a translational research program in immune restoration disorders (IRD). She collaborates with several clinical trials, working on the stratification of patients for optimal immunomodulatory treatments and with the Division Hematology-Oncology and Transplantation, on virus-specific immune cell reconstitution after various hematopoietic cell transplantation regimens. Her primary research focuses on the identification of biomarkers of immune reconstitution inflammatory syndrome (IRIS): in Leukemia patients who received hematopoietic cell transplantation, and in AIDS patients after initiation of Antiretroviral therapy.

Dr. Irianiwati Widodo is a Head of the Department of Pathology and a Senior Pathologist from Department of Anatomic Pathology in Gadjah Mada University and Sarjito General Hospital, Yogyakarta, Indonesia. She graduated her studies of Medical Doctor, General Pathologist, pathologist consultant and also a Doctoral program  from the same Gadjah Mada university and  become  a lecturer  for almost 25 years. Her main interest in the field of Pathology is Breast and Female Genital Pathology, Dermathopathology and in breast cancer, her main focus research is on Triple Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC), a subtype of breast cancer that have poor prognosis. She is actively  doing collaborative research with  various fields of science and  publishing it in the Internatiomal journal. Her next research projects on breast cancer is on tumor microenvironment such as immune cells, extra cellular matrix and angiogenesis that affect tumor growth and spread.

Dr. Galina Bogoslovskaya

Dr. Galina Bogoslovskaya is a lecturer at Limpopo University and trains junior staff, interns, and medical students. She received her Medical Doctor degree from Tomsk Medical University in 1978 (Tomsk, Russia). She was awarded PhD in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in 1993 from the Institute of Cardiology from Tomsk Scientific Center (Russia). Since 2006 Dr. Bogoslovskaya has been working at Polokwane/Makweng hospitals (South Africa). Her career as an Internal Medicine and Cardiology specialist took her to Georgetown (Guyana), Zanzibar and Dar-es-Salaam (Tanzania). She has published multiple papers and proposed several innovative methods in diagnosis and treatment of cardiac pathology, hematology, endocrinology, infectious diseases and tropical medicine. Her research interests include cardiology, pulmonology, and infectious diseases.

Zulfiyya Imamguliyeva is a Medical Oncologist at the National Center of Oncology in Baku, Azerbaijan. She has graduated from the Azerbaijan Medical University and earned her Oncology - Medical Degree at the Azerbaijan State Advanced Training Institute. She had long term Fellowship training in Head and Neck Oncology Department in Milan ,Italy  granted by European School of Oncology. During the residency period, she have granted IDEA(International Development Educational Award) by ASCO(American Society of Clinical Oncology) and she was as an observership in Hematology/Oncology department at the Cleveland Clinic in USA. She had several grant by ESMO and selected for participate as a presenter at the preceptorship courses. Also in Italy, she involved to the research activity. The article ”Multidisciplinary Management of Radiation-Induced Salivary Gland Carcinomas in the Modern Radiotherapy Era”  has been published in the MDPI journal. She has interest for doing academic research and working on several projects.

Leisa Jackson

Leisa Jackson is a Scientist on the Development team at Biodesix in Boulder, Colorado, USA. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Florida State University and has been working as a molecular biologist for 18 years. Leisa’s background was in academic research before she joined the Biodesix team in 2015. She has since been working with the other members of the Biodesix team to develop diagnostic tests for lung cancer. Most recently she contributed as technical lead for the validation of the Bio-Rad SARS-CoV-2 Droplet Digital™ PCR (ddPCR™) test in the Biodesix clinical laboratory in collaboration with Bio-Rad.
