Roman Anton studied and graduated in Biology at the University of Technology in Darmstadt (grade: very good), Germany, did his doctorate at the University of Ulm in Life Science Research (grade: very good), Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Cell Biology and the Natural Sciences (Dr. rer. nat.), and continued his Ph.D. project as a stipendiary of the German Max-Planck-Society in the field of Signaling, Stem Cell and Cancer Biology, transcriptional regulation and molecular mechanisms of aging. One of the most widely experienced and advanced hidden leaders in the biological sciences, steadily catalyzing innovation, the right understanding, and uncovering the key biases in sciences, Anton promotes the systems biology perspective that should enable all scientists of a field to better work together in one global project, one fair and transparent platform of collaboration of what has been termed open innovation and open science. While at NYU, Pharmacology University of Bonn, NMI, and UCSF, Anton emerged as a scientific leader in research and innovation who can bring the field to the next scientific, managerial and normative level, which starts with ending the faculty and impact point system. His research about bias finds that scientific progress can not be independently viewed from socio-economic and cultural progress due to its implementation. Therefore, he also published in management and economics (smart city planning, bias in graded sustainable intrapreneuring), empirics and basis of financial markets (a loophole in monetary transmission), and Life Science (bias inopen science and innovation), which still widely seem to lack and require normative management based on scientific findings (major bias in all sciences and global careers) - as scientific success is not defined by scientific ability or scientific performance, and usually deprived in the system, therefore he proposes Open Science as Fair Systems Biology for all.

A dream is dreamed, goal is realized and the fire that burns deep inside never loses to make a person achieve the desired goals. This is something I relate to. Being born and brought up in an atmosphere full of energy, cheerfulness and happiness among the family members and relatives, I never experienced the pain of leaving of someone too close to me. One unfortunate day, my aunty, nearest to my heart was diagnosed with cancer. Treatments such as surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, injections, herbal treatments-ayurveda etc. were given. But, we forget that we were making her more away from us. She eventually went so far away that we couldn’t see her even. That fine day, my goals changed. I started involving myself in searching what is cancer, what causes it, what are the treatment options in the near future and what can I do to eradicate cancer from the society. This led to my increased interest in new ways to reduce the cancers growing all around the world. So, here I am presenting one of my way to kill the tumor cells without affecting the normal cells of the body.
