Some known brands that he has worked for include VFS Global (part of Zurich based Kuoni Group), Intelenet, Serco, WNS and J.Walter Thompson. He is an alumnus of prestigious Institutions like IIM Ahmedabad, NLSIU Bangalore, JBIMS Mumbai and also an Executive alumnus of XLRI Jamshedpur. His qualifications include B.Sc (Statistics), Bachelor in General Law, M.B.A, LL.B, MS (Psychotherapy & Counselling), PG Dip. Human Rights Law, Adv. Dip. Hospital Administration and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt) certified by IQF, USA. When the Covid pandemic broke out, Dhiraj shifted his focus to the Healthcare Industry and started working for a multi-specialty Hospital. The current research is the outcome of his hard work and endeavor to look at Doctor-Patient relationship from the lens of compassion and empathy.
Ebikonbowei Alexis Okaba is a public health researcher dedicated to tackling cholera and improving community health in Nigeria. With a background in Human Physiology from the University of Port Harcourt and a Master’s in Public Health/Environmental Health from Leeds Beckett University, he is currently pursuing a PhD at the Federal University of Technology, Owerri. As a lecturer at the University of Africa, Toru-Orua, Alexis combines teaching with research, focusing on cholera prevention and health education. His work emphasizes practical, community-based solutions, including a recent study on a cholera outbreak in Toru-Orua. He also promotes Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) practices through creative tools like a comic and activity book for children. Beyond research, Alexis actively engages in public speaking, advocating for drug abuse prevention and public health awareness. His goal is to empower communities with knowledge, foster healthier lifestyles, and contribute to the fight against preventable diseases like cholera.
M.M.Suchitra, working as Professor in the Department of Biochemistry at Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati, India. She has done MD Biochemistry from SVMC, Tirupati. She has 22 years of teaching experience and has guided many post graduate students and PhD scholars. She is actively involved in research and has many publications in reputed journals. As organizing secretary She have conducted National and state level conferences. She have presented scientific papers in National and International conferences, given talks in symposia, panel discussion and chaired scientific sessions. She is a member of medical education unit, and a resource person for faculty development programmes in her organization. She has contributed to book chapters and is a reviewer for many journals. She has a passion to teach and coach students to become better versions of themselves for achieving excellence in their endeavours.
