

Joyce Bellous is a university professor, transformational educator, leader, consultant, mentor and international speaker. She has presented research in 11 countries. Joyce designs and offers a variety of personal assessments to develop team-building skills and is valued for helping people reflect on their experience, so they work effectively with others by enhancing their social and emotional intelligence. While professor at McMaster Divinity College, she directed the Parish Nursing Institute from 1997 to 2004. During that time there were more than 200 graduates. She developed the concept of Spiritual Styles and designed the Spiritual Styles Assessment, one for adults and one for children, available through Amazon. Her most recent book with Margaret Clark is titled Thick Listening at Thin Moments: Theoretical groundwork in spiritual care practice (2022) available through Amazon.

Prabha Grace CMC belongs to the Congregation of Mother of Carmel, Ernakulam, Kerala, India. At present she is working as the Principal of the Carmel College of Nursing, Nalammile, Aluva, Kerala, India. She obtained her Master of Science (Medical Surgical Nursing) from CMC Vellore, Chennai, in 2006. And PhD in 2019 from Saveetha University, Chennai. She is a member of the inspection committee of Kerala Nursing &Midwives Council and Kerala University of Health Science Thrissur. She is a reviewer of many National and International journals and also published many articles in different journals. She has facilitated many conferences and workshops at the state and National level. She has 28 years of working experience in different fields of clinical education and research. She is a resource person for motivation classes in schools, seminaries and an active member of Jesus youth activities. Also she has written books about Mother Mary –Marian Feasts (English), Marian Thirunalukal (Malayalam), Marian Dharsanavazhikalilude (Malayalam) and St. Joseph, Oliminnum Tharakam (Malayalam).

Professor Dr. Mosaddek received his MPhil in Clinical Pharmacology from Rajshahi University, Bangladesh in 2006 and MBBS from Rajshahi Medical College, Bangladesh in 1994 and he is a Professor in the Department of Pharmacology, Uttara Adhunik Medical College, Dhaka, Bangladesh with extensive experience in teaching undergraduate medical students. He is also working as an examiner of undergraduate and post-graduate medical academic courses. He is working as the Director, Clinical trials Affairs of Quest Bangladesh and has been appointed as a member of the WHO Snakebite Envenoming Roster of Experts. He is actively involved in research activities. His primary research interest areas are clinical trial of drugs, antimicrobial resistance of drugs, and precision #medicine. His research experiences include being the Principal Investigator in clinical trials of drugs among patients with different diseases (diarrhea, UTI, Cervical Cancer, Autism, malnutrition) over five years and basic research activities in human genetic research like breast cancer, chronic kidney disease, cardiomyopathy, AIDS/HIV, autism, TB and rationale use of medicine especially antimicrobial agents. His team have successfully conducted sero-prevalence study of SARS-CoV-2 specific antibody IgG in Bangladesh. He has published a total of 51 research publications.
