Fermin Cazares is  a dedicated and accomplished general surgeon with a diverse international background. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Texas A&M University in College Station, where he was an international student. After a year of research experience, he pursued his passion for medicine and attended medical school in Durango, Mexico. During his medical career, he participated in an international exchange program in Helsinki, Finland, where he developed a deep interest in surgery. This led him to specialize in General Surgery, which he completed in 2025 in Chihuahua, Mexico. Currently, he practices as a general surgeon in Monterrey, Mexico, while actively applying for a subspecialty in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Fluent in three languages, he aspire to contribute to Médecins Sans Frontières upon completing his subspecialty, combining his skills and passion for global medical service.

She is actively seeking opportunities as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) where she can apply her expertise to support healthcare access and research innovations. Her research interests focus on clinical trial coordination, data management, and regulatory compliance in clinical research. She is particularly interested in contributing as a Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC) where she can support the planning and execution of clinical trials while ensuring adherence to ethical standards and regulatory guidelines such as NDCTR and ICH-GCP. She is eager to explore decentralized clinical trials (DCTs) and digital health technologies that enhance patient engagement and expand healthcare access, especially for underserved and rural populations.
