Armand Diama, is a professor at the Felix Houphouet Boigny University Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire. He completed his Ph.D., from the Department of Physics and Astronomy, at the University of Missouri-Columbia in the year 2006. He is an Advisor at Haskell Taub, University of Missouri-Columbia, USA. He completed his Postgraduation from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA. He was awarded, The academy of sciences for developing world Research Grants in the year 2009, and he was also awarded INSA-JRD TATA Fellowship in the year 2008.
Getachew Gashaw is an Assistant Professor at Oda Bultum University, Ethiopia. He completed his MSc. degree in Applied Microbiology at Addis Ababa University, Bachelor of Education in Biology from Wolaita Sodo University, Higher Diploma Program in Teachers education from Haramaya University, Certificate on The Ethiopian Higher Education Leadership Program (ETHELP) and Yang African Leaders initiative awards in various disciplines. He is actively involved in conducting problem-driven conceptual and/or empirical research in the areas of Biological, Agricultural, and Health Science. He is one of the members of the Biological Society of Ethiopia. He has published 12 articles in international journals and presented his one of the article in Virtual Conference on Chemistry and its Applications (VCCA-2020). Mehreen Fatima is a lecturer at COMSATS University Islamabad, Pakistan. She has completed her MS in HR at COMSATS University-WAH Campus and BBA(IT)HONS from BZU, Multan. She is actively involved in conducting conceptual or empirical research in the areas of Leadership, Organizational Justice, Employee Sustainability, and Performance Appraisal. She has published 2 articles, one in the SEISENSE Journal of Management and the other in Review of Integrative Business and Economics Research.
