Dr. Iqra Hashmi is a passionate and accomplished MD in Munafeul Aza (Medical Physiology) based in New Delhi, India. Holding a Bachelor's degree in Unani Medicine and Surgery from Ayurvedic and Unani Tibbia College, she secured the 30th rank (AIAPGET 2019) and completed her MD in PHYSIOLOGY in 2023. Her research achievements include receiving the "International Best Researcher Award" and "International Distinguished Researcher Award" for excellence in Unani research. Her research focuses on topics like the correlation between depression symptomatology and Mizaj in young college students during the lockdown. With a strong background in teaching and mentoring, She has served as a Lecturer in the UG Department at A & U Tibbia College and am currently an Assistant Professor of Physiology at Mohammadia Tibbia College & Assayer Hospital in Malegaon. She is dedicated to fostering an inclusive learning environment, conducting impactful research, and contributing to scholarly publications. Her skills include expertise in teaching, research design, data analysis, and effective communication. She has actively participated in workshops, conferences, and paper presentations, showcasing her commitment to academic and research excellence.

Tanujit Mondal is an independent researcher, a civil engineer, a structural designer and a  homeopathic practitioner. He has seen the first dawn on earth on 4:28 pm on  the day of 22 th february,1994 at Madhya Kalyanpur in Baruipur. Getting over in his early life proverty and mis fortune he was succeded to pass the Madhyamik Exam in  2009 from Baruipur High school and passed higher secondary exam from same school in 2011.After schooling he passed his graduation in civil engineering from Nit Durgapur in 2015. After graduating he was diagonised as having Psychosis and admitted to mental hospital twice.In 2021 he was able to pass the GATE 2021 examination. He then joined for IIEST shibpur to pursue M.Tech in Civil Engineering but left it before final semester. In 2022 while in M.tech  he thought the research work and did so. There exists a verse from  Sri Mahat Bhagabat Gita “Hey knowledge you flow from soul to soul” which is his principal in life.
