Abstract

The abstract examines the impact of the Corona Virus Covid-19 outbreak on corporates and immunity due to psychological distress. The study explains the different types of stressors that were mainly seen during COVID-19. It aims in identifying the stressors and how to cope with them, also how distress can be converted into eustress and emotional well-being and how these changes can lead to good mental and physical health.The abstract  broadens the coping mechanism from distress and how it improves physical and mental health.The  abstract is a literature review. The abstract also aims at providing the coping mechanism for stress along with their scientific aspect. The abstract explains how stress different glands and eventually how immunity is affected by stress. In this abstract , it is explained howthe immune system's ability to fight off antigens is reduced when someone is stressed and how we become more susceptible to infections. It is further explained how the stress hormone suppresses the effectiveness of the immune system.
In this abstract, what sort of stressors and how these stressors are affecting the corporate employees are also mentioned along with the coping mechanism which can be practised in corporates to keep employees healthy and fit. The articles are searched on google scholar, research, NCBI, academia, PubMed, and researchgate.
