Hosting researchers, scientists, students, workshop & symposium organizers, industrialists, companies, exhibitors, sponsors, media partners, oral & poster presenters from all over the world.
Infectious diseases are disorders caused by various microorganisms like viruses, bacteria, fungi, protozoan and other parasites. These microorganisms may be single celled or multicellular. These are different in shape like rod shaped, spherical, spiral, worm like, comma shaped etc. These diseases are spread through touching an infected person or their body fluids (saliva, blood, urine) through the droplets when the infected person cough or sneeze. Some of the infectious diseases are Diphtheria, Hepatitis A,B,C, Small pox, Tuberculosis, Typhoid Fever, Whooping cough, Cholera Mumps, Rabies, Malaria, Anthrax etc. Infectious diseases can be prevented by practice in some ways such as vaccination, maintaining proper hygiene, Use of antibiotics, avoid sharing personal things, washing the utensils properly before and after cooking, using a mask and sanitizer while going out or to hospital. Most of the bacterial infections can be treated with antibiotics giving orally or as an injection. They help in killing the bacteria or stop reproducing which ultimately result in vanishing the bacteria completely from the body. Viral infections can be treated with antiviral medication and post-exposure prophylaxis. Antiparasitic drugs are used to treat infections through parasites like protozoa and helminthes. Infectious diseases can be diagnosed by laboratory tests such as a swab from the throat or nose, with the help of sample collection like blood, urine, stool and saliva.
