Women health is a branch of medicine concerned with the treatment and diagnosis of diseases and ailments affecting a woman's physical and mental health. Every woman should have access to information on the full range of women's health issues, not just her reproductive system. They can take charge of their health by eating a well-balanced diet, getting regular checkups, and leading a healthy lifestyle. They should be aware that their bodies metabolise medications differently than men. Women face a variety of health issues and situations, ranging from pregnancy and menopause to gynaecological issues such as uterine fibroids and pelvic floor abnormalities. A number of health issues are specific to women, while others are more common in women. Furthermore, males and females may be suffering from the same illness but exhibit different symptoms. Women are more vulnerable throughout their lives. Cardiovascular Disease, Cancer, Osteoporosis, Depression, Eating Disorders, Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa, Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Endometriosis, and Birth Control are the most common diseases among women.

Nursing is primarily concerned with providing care to patients of all ages in all aspects of health care in order for them to recover from illness. They are patient educators, and they are in charge of explaining procedures and treatments to patients. They educate patients and their families on how to eat healthier, take medications, change wound dressings, and use medical equipment. Nurses encourage and teach patients who are able to care for themselves. They only provide physical care when patients are unable to care for themselves.
