Many companies, organizations and research groups are making efforts towards development of effective human vaccine against this highly infectious disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus. A vaccine against SARS-CoV-2 should act against transmission, infection and disease. The major challnege for a vaccine is passing all the phases of Clinical Trials. The mutants of coronavirus is another challenge for the vaccine development. A vaccine for all age groups, genetype and adaptations is a big question for the scientists.

COVID-19 is a pandemic prevailing all across the world past few months. It has affected daily life of each individual, physically, economically or psychologically. The work and living style of all classes of society is changed. It is considered to be a positive change as an environmentalist, a struggle as a doctor, challenge as an economist, unsolved question as a scientist, scuffle as a law enforcement officer, fight for a healthcare worker, tussle for a government, psychological phase as a patient, and fear as a person. Universities are organizing Onlline Classes to assist students, scientists are working on clinical trials of vaccines, hospitalities are working on resuming travel with safety measures.
