Corona virus is an infectious virus causing mild to severe respiratory illness in humans. The first case of corona virus or COVID-19 was first reported in Wuhan, China in December 2019. Since then the virus has spread to all continents and to whole world. The virus enters your body through the mouth, nose, eyes (the airborne droplets or from transfer of the virus from hands to face). Corona viruses are found in bats, cats and camels too. Eventually, the virus can spread from animal species and begins to infect humans. It is good to make habit of doing hygienic practices, like by coughing into a flexed elbow, throughing the used masks and tissues, staying at home and self-isolating until recovery if the person feels unwell.

The COVID‑19 vaccines are widely accepted for their role in reducing the spread of corona virus and reducing the severity and death caused by it. Common and temporary side effects of COVID‑19 vaccines include muscle soreness, redness, rash, inflammation at the injection site, fatigue, headache, muscle pain, and joint pain, which resolve without any medical treatment within a few days.COVID-19 vaccination is also safe for people who are breastfeeding.
