Immunology is a field of biology that deals with the structure and function of the immune system. In healthy people, the immune system helps the body to fight infections by rejecting foreign viruses and bacteria. Microbiology is the study of invisible bacteria, viruses, and other microbes. Microorganisms affect animals, environment, food supplies, and even public health. Bacteriology, phycology, mycology, protozoa, virology, parasitology, and nematodes are the branches of microbiology.
The health of women is different from that of the men in many ways and that is referred as Women’s health. Women’s health is not only about the reproductive system and its health, it is about the complete physical, mental and social well-being of a women. A woman represents the pillar of a family’s overall health as the family health is tied to the health of women. There is a famous slogan “Healthy Women, Health family” tells us the fact that a women plays a main role in maintaining the health of entire family and her community.
Nursing is a profession within the health care sector that deals with the caring of individuals of all age groups, families and communities. Nurses play an important role in health care system as they promote the health of the patient and their lifestyle, alleviate suffering, prevent illness, take care of disabled and dying people etc.
