Refund Policy

In case of conference cancellation due to any reason, the participant will receive 100% refund of the registration.
Registration cancellation by the particiapant, will be refunded as

• Before 70 days of the conference, refund will be done with 10% deduction
• Before 40 days of the conference, refund will be done with 50% deduction
• Before 30 days of the conference, there will be no refund

  *For accomodation the refund will be considered as per the hotel policies 
  *In case of any steal, theft, natural calamity or disaster, organizers are not laible for any refund.
  *All the refunds will be processed after the conference.
  *In case of an unfortunate cancellation of event due to unavoidable circumstances, organizers will take care of the refund issues and no third party like PayPal or other will be held responsible.
