Despite advancements in this area, significant research lacunae persist, impacting the quality of care and outcomes. This abstract identifies key gaps in pediatric nursing practice, including insufficient evidence on pain management protocols, disparities in mental health services, and the integration of technology in patient care. Additionally, there is a lack of comprehensive studies on the long-term effects of pediatric chronic illnesses on family dynamics. Addressing these gaps through targeted research could enhance clinical practices, inform policy, and ultimately improve the health and well-being of pediatric populations.
