Abstract

Discovery of stem cell-specific BAALC gene [Tanner et al, 2001] and recent our evidence for existence of WT1-expressing Lineage-differentiated Hematopoietic Cellular Precursors [Mamaev et al, in press] could be applied to development of a new technology for in-depth studying the features of these cells, and active usage of these data for quantitative efficacy assessment of personalized therapy in patients with acute myeloid leukemias in clinical setting [Mamaev et al, 2025]. The aim of this report was to show new promising directions in Oncohematology. To illustrate this issue, a typical table with serial measurement of these indexes is presented.
